We celebrated Rosh Hashanah at Mom's and Dad's house on Wednesday. Mom made delicious matzo ball soup (she even made the chicken stock from scratch!), a colorful salad with a vibrant viniagarette, and a comforting hot chicken salad casserole. Along with apples and honey and challah, we had a wonderful holiday meal!! Our new year is sure to be off to a sweet start. L'Shana Tova!
