My dad has three sisters who all live in Dallas, Texas. Because of the distance, we don't get to see that side of the family often. But in April, my Uncle Morris, who is married to my dad's youngest sister, Kathy, visited with their daughters, Jordan (who is 18 and about to start college at Tulane in the fall!) and Jamie (who is 16). Unfortunately, Kathy was working and wasn't able to attend the wedding that brought Morris, Jordan, and Jamie to Atlanta. We missed being with her, but we really loved spending time with Morris, Jordan, and Jamie! Jordan and Jamie were the flower girls in my wedding almost 8 years ago (8 years on June 6th!), and they were only 8 and 10 at the time. We hadn't seen them since then, and they sure have grown up in the meantime. They were both amazing with Max, who absolutely adored them. I wish we lived closer!
Here I am on my wedding day with my beautiful flower girls, Jamie and Jordan (from L to R)!
Now here I am with them again 8 years later! This time, Jordan is on the Left and Jamie is on the Right.

Max loved showing off his Cars figurines to Uncle Morris!
Dad with his nieces :-) Dad's and Aunt Kathy's father (and the grandfather that I share with Jamie and Jordan) is Sugar Max, who my Max is named after.
