We met Sue-B for lunch at Tin Drum near Perimeter Mall, and she brought Max a "Where's Waldo?-style" book with a Sesame Street theme. Max was really quick to spot the hidden items--I was impressed! And it kept him totally fixated until our food was ready :-)
A funny lollipop from Sue-B. There is a lollipop attached to the backside of the lips, so that when you suck on it, you look like you have a big pair of wax lips!
We met Papa and Da at Honey Baked Ham for lunch, and we had a great time! It was fun and yummy :-)
Lance taught Max how to work the drill so that he could help him replace some of the hinges on our doors around the house.
Here we are outside the local library with our loot of fantastic library books. I LOVE using the library with Max. It is incredibly rewarding to see him become enthusiastic about reading, and he really enjoys choosing the books that we get to bring home to read.
Here is my budding photographer!! Papa and Da gave Max a camera for Hanukah, and he was so cute with it the other day. He lined up his cars and trains on our side table, and was clicking away! Love it!!!!
We got a few snow flurries in mid-January, but that was the extent of the snow we received this year in the ATL. Here is a cute picture of Max smiling in the snow before we left for school :-)
Trying to catch snowflakes on his tongue--love the clasped hands!
We went to a fun BINGO night at Max's preschool, and we got to sit at a table with Max's buddies, Reed Short and Benjamin Reiter. The BINGO card was filled with shapes and colors. Lance and I were impressed that Max knew about shapes like rhombus and parallelogram! We were even getting tripped up on those :-)
Max finally got a BINGO on the "black out" game where you have to cover your whole card!! He was super proud and excited--soooo cute!
