Max started preschool on August 24th. He did great on his first day! Despite a new school (we switched him to one closer to our house from the one he went to last year), new teachers (Ms. Lisie and Ms. Tracy), new friends (there are 10 other kids in his class), etc., etc., he seemed excited when I picked him up and said he had fun!!
This is the bag that all of the students get. They ask them to bring it each day.
Here is Max looking studly in his first day of school outfit :-) He is wearing his nametag with the initials "TT" on it. This stands for "Terrific Toddlers," which is the name of his class. We were asked to put this on them for the first two days so that the teachers getting the students out of the car for carpool would know which room to take them to.
Max is looking inside his school bag at his Thomas the Train back pack. The back pack is actually empty, but he was so excited to take it that I just stuck it in the bag anyways!
I love the concentration here on zipping the bag :-)
